We know a truck sitting off the road costs you money every day, so we get a quote to you quickly, give you a clear timeline and then get on with the job.
- We repair accident damage, frames, panels, floors, doors, curtains and gates on every type of body.
- We also repair refrigerated bodies, including their insulated panels, linings and door seals.
- We supply photos and an itemised quote to support your insurance claim, although approval and timing depend on your insurer and policy.

We build or repair the body
We do the work at our Keysborough workshop and keep you updated along the way, so you can plan around the truck being off the road.
Your truck goes back on the road
At handover you look over the work with us, and we are still here afterwards for any adjustments or repairs you need.

Yes, every truck body we build is made to order. We sit down with you and work out a body that suits your loads, your chassis dimensions and the way you run the truck. If you need particular internal racking, separate temperature zones, a certain door layout or space set aside for signwriting, we build that in from the start. Do you do truck body repairs?
Yes. Our truck body repairs work covers structural damage, panel replacement, doors, refrigerated body problems, curtain replacement, floors and a good deal more. We repair truck bodies of every make and model, and we aim to get your vehicle back on the road with as little downtime as possible. Fleet operators can also ask for priority turnaround.
How much does a new truck body cost?
Every truck body we build is quoted individually, because the price depends on the body type, its size, the materials and how complex the build is. If you tell us about your truck and the work it does, or send us a few photos, we will put together an accurate quote based on what you actually need.

Do you offer a warranty on truck body builds?
Yes. Every new truck body built by VN Truck Bodies comes with a workmanship warranty. How long it runs and what it covers depend on the type of build and the materials used, and the details are set out in your quote. We stand behind our work and will deal with any warranty issue promptly.
