Bodies for the way your crew works
A tradesperson, a council outdoor crew and a field service technician all need different things from a ute. We ask what you carry, which tools you reach for most and how the vehicle is used each day, and then build the tray or service body around that.
What we build
- Ute trays in aluminium or steel, flat or with dropsides, with headboards, ladder racks and tie-down points.
- Service bodies with lockable side compartments, shelves, drawers and gas strut doors.
- Toolbox canopies that cover the tray and lock up securely, with side and rear access.
- Underbody and gullwing toolboxes, made in aluminium checker plate in our workshop.
- Box bodies on single cab utes and light trucks, for gear that must stay dry and secure.
- Spare wheel carriers, water tanks, lighting, cab guards and rack systems to finish the job.

Built to stay legal
We build each body to suit the vehicle's payload and dimensions, so a fully loaded ute stays within its limits. Where a modification needs engineering sign-off in Victoria, we work with registered engineers and certifiers and include it in your quote.
Repairs and refits
We also repair damaged trays and service bodies, replace doors, locks and seals, and refit an existing body when it moves to a new vehicle. You can find out more on our truck body repairs page, or see our larger truck tray bodies.
Common questions
Which utes do you build trays and service bodies for?
We build for all the popular utes and light trucks, including the HiLux, Ranger, D-Max, BT-50, Navara, Triton and LandCruiser, as well as light Isuzu, Hino and Fuso trucks. Every body is measured and built to suit the chassis it is going on.
Can you fit out a whole fleet of utes the same way?
Yes. For fleets and councils, we can agree on one standard layout and then build every vehicle to it, so crews always know where their gear is. You can read more about our fleet services.
