| Pantech and dry freight van bodies | Pantechs suit freight that must stay secure and dry, such as removals, parcels and retail stock. |
| Tray bodies and ute trays | Trays suit building materials, machinery and trade gear that is loaded from above or the sides. |
| FRP (fibreglass) van bodies | FRP bodies suit operators who want a smooth, easy-to-clean, lightweight van body. |
| Service bodies and toolboxes | Service bodies suit trades and field crews who need lockable storage on a ute or light truck. |
Built around your truck and your work
No two operators load the same way, so we do not sell off-the-shelf bodies. Before we quote, we ask what you carry, how much it weighs, how it is loaded and unloaded, and which chassis it is going on. That lets us get the body length, height, payload and door layout right the first time.
We work with aluminium, steel, galvanised steel, FRP and insulated panels, and we fit out bodies with internal racking, load restraint rails, shelving, toolboxes, ladder racks, tail lifts and load gates. We build onto all major chassis brands, including Isuzu, Hino, Fuso, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and UD Trucks.

Compliance and certification
We build to keep your truck within its legal dimensions and mass limits. Where a build or modification needs engineering sign-off in Victoria, such as a chassis extension or a change that affects mass or dimensions, we work with registered engineers and certifiers and include the certification in your quote. Just ask us about it when you get in touch.
Modifying an existing body
A new body is not always the answer. We regularly modify existing bodies by changing door layouts, adding racking or restraint points, extending or shortening bodies and converting body types. See bodyworks and modifications for more.
What a new truck body costs
Every job is quoted individually, because the price depends on the body type, its size, the materials and the fit-out. Once we have talked through the job with you, we quote it in writing for your specification, and we can set out the quote in the format your finance broker needs.
