One specification, every vehicle
When every truck in a fleet has a different body, drivers waste time hunting for gear, parts don't swap between vehicles, and each new truck becomes a new design job. We fix that by agreeing one specification with you and building every body to it, whether it is your first truck or your fiftieth.
- We work through the specification with you once, covering the chassis, payload, dimensions, materials, doors, racking, toolboxes, lighting and livery.
- Every body is built to that specification, so the layout, fittings and parts are the same across the fleet.
- New vehicles added later get the same body, and we keep the drawings and job records for each unit.
- Where certification is needed in Victoria, we arrange a registered engineer's VSB 6 sign-off.
Fleet bodies we build
- Curtainsiders, pantechs and refrigerated bodies for freight and delivery fleets.
- Tray and dropside bodies for construction, landscaping and council works fleets.
- Service bodies, ute trays and toolbox canopies for trades, utilities and council outdoor crews.
- Van fit-outs with racking and shelving for service and delivery vans.
- Tail lifts, toolboxes and accessories fitted the same way on every vehicle.

Keeping the fleet on the road
Once your fleet is built, we look after it. Fleet vehicles get priority in the repair queue, initial repair estimates from photos, usually on the same day, and inspections booked into planned downtime so trucks are not off the road twice. For insurance work, we supply photos and an itemised quote to support the claim. Our truck body maintenance page explains what an inspection covers.
Pricing for fleets
For fleets ordering several bodies or with regular repair work, we can agree pricing across builds, repairs and maintenance. Tell us about your fleet using the enquiry form and we will call you back within one business day, or call 0447 452 222 to talk it through.
Common questions
Can you build the same body across a whole fleet?
Yes. We agree one specification with you, covering dimensions, materials, doors, racking, toolboxes, lighting and finishes, and build every vehicle to it. New trucks added later get the same body, so drivers and crews can move between vehicles without relearning the layout.
Do you build fleet bodies for councils?
Yes. We build tray bodies, service bodies, ute trays and canopies, van fit-outs and pantechs suited to council depots, parks, roads and outdoor crews, and container site offices and tool rooms for council sites.
How quickly can you repair a fleet vehicle?
Fleet vehicles get priority booking. From photos we can usually give you an initial repair estimate on the same day, although structural damage may need an inspection. Many standard repairs take one to two days once parts and any insurer approval are in hand, and we give you a timeline up front.
Do you arrange engineering sign-off?
Yes. Where a build or modification needs certification under VSB 6 in Victoria, we arrange a registered engineer's sign-off and include it in the quote.
